Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the day of initial payment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, completed with all accessories. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on damaged or incomplete items, or if the correct returns policy was not followed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before you send any item back to us please follow this procedure:
Contact us on email@example.com to obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number will help us track the return order and action the return & refund efficiently. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the shipment received without an RMA number.
You will also be advised on the location to ship the items to, depending on your location.

The return postage is non-refundable, unless the returned item is getting repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive order (consisting of several products), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
Majority of banks and financial institutions take 5-10 working days to credit a returned payment. If you haven’t received a refund within this timescale, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve checked both your bank and the payment platform (ie. PayPal) and you have not located the return payment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only warrant our products to comply with the description on www.SingleTact.com. The length of the warranty period is 1 year. During this period, we will repair and/or replace the item or credit an amount equivalent to the selling price at the time of purchase.
We don’t accept warranty on damage caused by excessive or improper use. We are also not liable for any defect in hardware or software, loss or inadequacy of data of any kind, or for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or use of our products. Our liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of the item.
